Setting Up
To get started with the new template, please use the button below to navigate to the SharePoint where the templates are saved. From here you can save this template and use it in your presentations going forward. Please see the video below as to how to do this.
Note #1: Many pages have been ported into the new templates under the Megadeck template, if you need to port over slides from old presentations, please do not copy and paste them into the new template as they will not work. Instead, copy the text and/or images into one of the new slides shown in the video below.
Note #2: If you are copying text from another file, the internet or from a PDF, please copy that text and paste it either into Notepad or your browser search bar. This will clear any formatting on it, and from there can then be copied and pasted into the presentation without issue.

Navigating the Template
When you’ve opened the new template, you’ll be able to see a bank of new slides that have been created for multiple use cases. All slides have their own categories, and should be easy to pick and choose which you need depending on the situation.
The new slides come in a mix of both dark and white backgrounds, as well as print-safe versions. The slides also maintain print-safe boundaries, dictated by the orange lines around the slide.
Exceptions to this are images, where they are safe to go past the boundaries of the page.
Note: The slides have been designed so content should fill the page intuitively, please do not go over the boundaries of the page to maintain standards across all presentations
